I've gotten Going Down a few times from a goblin in the Swamp of Sorrows launching me into the ocean on a boat.

My best one was when I was on the zep from Orgrimmar to Thunder Bluff and I had my dungeon queue on. I had waited what seemed like forever for that stupid blimp to arrive and then as I almost arrive at Thunder Bluff my queue pops and I'm trying to dock so I don't end up somewhere random when I come out. Well, I had Deadly Boss Mods on so I could see how much timer I had left and at about 15 seconds left I just pitched myself off the side. When I landed I had about 6 hp left and hit my invite right away. It was pretty fun.

My favorite was about the iL333 wands because I've been checking the AH all the time wondering why there isn't one in there. Now I know and maybe Blizz will change it after seeing the discrepancy.
