Only if Mod Tools are released, if not, the file type are decrypted easily and if there is enough interest in the game.

I kinda looked Similar to BF3, concerning Character Models, and Weapons, but Honestly, I really did like the UE3 look. Big and bulky, but not over doing it/.

There is one screen shot that show's a city, the rest are out in the woods.

And those 'graphics' is UBI's art direction. take a look at the art work from the GTA4 and GTA5 trailer, the color pallets look similar, and so does the design, and then take a look at Saints Row 1, 2, and 3, similar? Yes! Different? Most definitely!

Also, Borderlands.

There have it more real physic quality to it, BUT, it's not really fluid, it feels like the cloth is bending is a sort of way. I only have minor experiences with Cloth modifiers on 3ds Max, and that demo have it where you didn't put enough polygons so the animation only has limited amounts of bends. think and comapre 500,000 ploygon cortain animation to 2million polygon animation, which the Batman's cape feels like.
