I worked at Movie Gallery/Gamezone until this past February. Still great friends with everyone there and I work next door to it now. As far as I know, they have only been notified through the phone with their District Managers. No actual paperwork per se has been given to the stores regarding it, but the store managers and employees of course know. I'll keep checking and see if they get a memo any time soon.
