In game purchases. Bakery Story (TeamLava) is currently (in the app store) on the top 10 list of most grossing so is Smurf's Village (Capcom). Both games can be downloaded and played for free. But, there are (ridiculously expensive) in game items you can buy to spruce up your village/bakery and/or speed up leveling.

Wow, these comments suck. Oh boo! Sick getting to play with iPads! OMG! The injustice!! Not that a matters, because being in the hospital for any amount of time for any reason totally is not cool, but some of these kids maybe in palliative care.

I'm still not sure why the disdain by Joystiq for this game.

I'm 60+ hours in and have experienced a few glitches/bugs. About as many freezes as another open world game I spent a lot of time with recently (Red Dead Redemption). None have been game ending, just a bit annoying.

Bottom line is, it's a fun game. I will deal with glitches and bugs for a game that is this well executed.

Exactly. I would like to know some of the real answers to the questions Alibyebye Essmob asked as well. Have to go elsewhere for a serious analysis.
