uhm no. i didn't fail to grasp anything. you are the idiot, for not realising it was a typo. wrong letter used. comprende paesano? my comment still stands.
for companies that make several billions, this is not really that much. and it would only be much (but still not too much) if they have stopped earning. also this loss is not clear loss because of lack of sales but also other monetary market reasons.
In any case, they have made at least 10 billions! this is something like 10% loss at most! so they can afford to lose as much for at least 4-5 years more and they would still have shitloads of money.
suck your thumb now, eat all your food, brush your teeth and sleep tight!
you all must be joking.. they lost 800-900K so what?!?!!?
ARE YOU OUT OF YOU MIND?!?!?! especially the Editor! want to make a quick calculation how much they have made from DS wii and software all these years?!?!?
being VERY conservative... even if they made $30-40 from each Wii, that is 30x80million in the case of DS even if they made $20-30 profit is 20x140million (mind you they most probably made a lot more but lets say taxes and all included)
and the software.. (mind you they are the #1 publisher for the last 5-6 years!)
even if they made 10-20 dollars out of every game they published! not to mention the games others published on their consoles... do you have any idea how much money this is?!?!?!??!?!
do some simple math! they got at LEAST 6 billion from the hardware alone! and that with VERY conservative profit calculation!!! then add the software. not to mention the stock profits...
this product cycle, which is ongoing btw, has given them approximately and conservatively about 8-10 billion dollars. that means they have to keep failing and losing about the same for at least the next 4-5 years in order for ANYTHING to start happening to them. this barely touches their skin!
it's barely a 10% loss, and most probably not even that!
@kazzar you can order from their online shop @www.nintendo.gr i think they deliver across europe.
(don't forget the www else it won't find it :S )
ofc it will all be greek to you :) so better use chrome to visit the page.or if chrome doesn't translate the pages properly try contacting them here and see what they can do for you.
yeah nintendo Greece is the coolest of all by far.
they often send you gifts with every purchase from their e-shop. t-shirts, ds game pouches, stylii, stickers etc. so i guess for ocarina they really added lots of bonus items :D i still have some of their gifts. like an authentic gamecube t-shirt and a metal case for my DS games, featuring mew 2.... others i gifted to to friends and relatives...
I can't think of any nintendo fan in Greece who is not happy with their service.
it is coming for PC and it will be better played on PC. So it doesn't matter. Also this doesn't look like an awfully awesome title! But a good game none the les. If the story was told to me by a grungy old lady's voice (like Flemeth's) i would love it even better!
