As someone who works in emergency services along side of the law enforcement community and the public health community, I am living proof that that above quote of yours is an utter and complete lie. Good Day

Hey Jack, just like what was said over at gamepolitics.com when you brought this matter up, the seizure would not be constitutional. Also, unless the video game was being played in public then MAYBE it would be considered a nuisance but then that is really stretching it. Just the game sitting on store shelves does not consider it a public nuisance.
