You also forget to mention that UE3 has been around for nearly 5 years and it's currently on its umpteenth version. This is a brand new engine that has been built from the ground up. There will be plenty of room for improvement in the coming months.

Who would want a Creeper IRL? They're annoying enough in Minecraft. Keep them there.

Why in the hell would they file a cease and desist against a couple of modders for making something unique and fun with tools that Acitvision themselves supplied? Also, why in the hell did they file a copyright claim against YouTube for having that video up? What copyright is that breaking? How are they losing money? Whose intellectual property are they stealing? They're making a fun mod as a tribute to a franchise they love and they are greeted with Activision acting like assholes. Yeah Hilary Goldstein, they're an amazing company.
