If they release a high quality texture pack like DA2 for the PC, I would be more than happy.

I have a high-end PC, xbox and ps3, but still prefer to game on PC, because even if 'some' of the games are console ports, most games have enough settings - Anti-aliasing, higher resolution, Tesellation etc- to make it look significantly better than on the consoles. Just because the game is coming out on all 3 systems doesn't make it inferior on the PC. I was listening to Todd Howard's interview for Skyrim, and he stated that PC will have higher resolution textures and all the bells and whistles. So all is not lost. :)

I haven't bought a boxed retail game since 2006. I rent from Gamefly and buy digital games for PC. So yeah what EA is saying is right on.

Down voted to oblivion. Don't lump Daft Punk with AvB and Tiesto. Daft Punk makes original, timeless music that people are still remixing years after their last album came out.

Disclaimer: I do listen to AvB and Tiesto's weekly radio shows as well. :P

I didn't experience any issues with the single player mode. Most of the issues have been server related, and with the multi-player portion of the game. You should wait till the black friday sales, you might be able to snag it for $40 or something.

Are you sure you want to get this game just for the single player? It's a short 6 hour campaign. Try the zombie co-op mode at least. :)
