Some things to remember when performing maintenance on March 1st...

-I'd like it if my friends could see me online from their PS3s when I'm using my Vita. It seems odd that they can't see me.

-I'd like to view my Vita trophies from my PS3. For whatever reason I cannot. It is really odd to have two trophy counts that contradict one another depending upon which system I'm using.

-I'd like to conduct a voice/video chat outside of a game between my Vita and my friends on their PS3s. We can do this between PS3s, why can't we do it between respective consoles as well.

And while we're at it...

-I'd like PlayStation Plus members to have a reason to appreciate being PlayStation Plus members when shopping online with their Vita systems. There are no discounts. Not even for the warranty extensions, as they did with the PS3; Not even for counterpart games I've already purchased on the PS3 (i.e. Plants Vs. Zombies, Hustle Kings, etc.).

@moroboshi Relax mate, they just launched a new console after all. And there are communication issues (or lack thereof) between the PS3 and the Vita that need to be resolved...

@Cainicus The Facebook app works now. That is, assuming you didn't delete it. I never did, and found it working again last night when I tried it.

How well or not the Vita is selling is so overblown it is getting ridiculous. The fact is that it is an remarkable piece of hardware. I would have killed to have my Xbox 360 or PS3 launch this well out of the gate from a technological standpoint. Are there bugs? Hell yes. Is every launch game great? Hell no. But the fact is that the future for the Vita is incredibly bright.

The fact that the 360 and PS3 hardly resemble their launch counterparts with all the firmware updates is my point. Add to that the fact that the Vita is already pretty remarkable, and I'm sold.

Can't wait to see what the developers do once they know the machine inside and out.

I tried guys, I really did... But around the 5 minute mark I had to shut this crap off. What a waste of money. The cheese factor was so high, and the quality so piss poor (the direction, photography, editing, makeup, performances, etc...) that I couldn't bear to watch my beloved DA butchered any longer.

Establishing show of Kirkwall Harbor looked good despite the budget, but everything else is substandard, and good lord, those poor actors all seemed at such a loss for what DA actually is...

I mean, the voice talent behind the lead Qunari dude in DA2 gives a quality performance. Next to him, these guys looked lost and sounded so cliched that I actually chuckled whenever any of them opened their mouths. Can't fully blame them with all that crap they had to wear... They each move like Michael Keaton had to in the first Batsuit... Sort of that Robocop stiffens that really makes them look like guys in bad makeup as opposed to the incredible warriors they actually are....

Not sure who was at the helm this project but... they really should stop.
