Nov 16th 2010 2:02PM (Joystiq)Doesn't that depend on how the assets of Bizzare were assigned when Activision acquired them? The contract might have agreed that all new works and IPs created whilst under Activision are owned by Activision but all those created previously are still owned by Bizzare?
