Yeah 4 of those are mine..
I have one account in India my main account, HongKong to download dlc for the games that I import.. European and an american account to download psn demo's and stuffs that are not available on Indian PSN..

Almost every ps3 gamer I know does has multiple accounts.. so the real count directly reduces from 60 million to 30 million assuming an user has atleast 2 accounts.. or to be on safer side we can say real account counts should be around 35-40 million.. surely not 60 million..

seems interesting.. would be my first mini game purchase.. btw mini games do run on ps3 right ? I guess it does as mentioned in the post

Well.. console games are costly.. lets compare with PC games.. why PC games are cheaper ? It is because of the piracy..
Earlier PC games used to be so costly as internet grew.. the prices started coming down..
But the fact remains console games are surely overpriced ? They should be priced same as it's PC counter part... It only makes sense..

Well this happens very rarely.. but I wish this game was on ps3 too.. flame suit on..

Yes I am aware it can be bought online.. But I am waiting for the price to come down further.. I know it has come down already.. but since I am in no hurry to play it.. I can wait further.. :)
