The Ubisoft DRM. Its introduction is premature, however it's inevitable as the internet becomes more persistent. I think the DRM technology is important to make room for single player games.
Tuition is relatively low due to subsidies. State universities such as the University of California also have a similar arrangement, is the reason why residents would only pay 5K to attend undergrad at Berkeley whereas non-residents would pay 15K
The 360 has no optical out built in so removing the HD cables also removes optical audio out. To get it back one needs a proprietary MS cable, either the component HD cable (39.99) or the hdmi bundle that comes with an audio adapter (49.99).
I tried to keep my KV-36XBR400 alive but there's a factory defect that I spent several thousand dollars repairing. Motion was much better than any of the plasma or LCD sets I've seen :(
That said, the plasma I have now is easier on the eye strain in HD resolutions.
