Post-launch ModNation Racers patch will improve load times

May 16th 2010 12:09PM (Joystiq)
I had six minute load times on Midnight Club on PSP - frustrating at first but tolerable - I doubt this is any bigger deal than disc swaps.

Joyswag: ModNation Racers (and a PSP!)

Huh, I'm not the only one who want tracks with loops. I want vinyl busty car models that look like Mika Tan.

Rumor: GameCrazy closing all remaining stores

May 2nd 2010 12:43PM (Joystiq)
Most unfortunate. There's a Game Crazy 40 minutes from my house, but I never went - the only one in the state of Indiana.

Why care about Free Realms? Where's DC Universe Online? I'm waiting SOE...!

Help SackBoy and LittleBigPlanet make Pluto a real planet again

Oct 22nd 2008 8:58PM (Joystiq Playstation)
If Pluto is a planet, other Kuiper Belt objects are too. So what if they are more like comets. They're born that way. They can't help. Vote SackBoy this November!

I draw better than Liefeld with just a minor in Art, but I would be far...far away from the caliber of a Jim Lee, Bryan Hitch, Frank Cho or Joe Quesada (I'd be a better EIC, though).

Sony's Yoshida wants more third-party action on PSP

Sep 13th 2008 1:40AM (Joystiq)
They should increase third party support in PSN downloadable games. Maybe they are less prone to piracy. My most PSP recent purchases have been through PSN. I haven't bought a PSP game except for GOW in the past year.

I have a launch PSP for homebrew and another one I bought a year later - the one I use most often - for games. I don't pirate games, but homebrew is fun if you have a beat up old pixelated PSP that you can experiment on.

Killzone 2 co-op to be patched after launch, bots confirmed

Aug 23rd 2008 3:03PM (Joystiq)
No they do pricing simulations and focus groups for that. That would only run a company $20,000 on the low end to do.

This is total disregard if you have to pay it. I don't think we will.
