Brendon - There's a reason for everything. We're talking about Old Testament Israel here. In this passage, God called His nation (Israel) to follow his commandments, and stay true to Him. The surrounding nations ate the things Israel was told not to eat in the passage in question. The reason for this was to keep the nation of Israel together, not mixed with any other cultures or idols that would keep them from their devotion to God.

We don't see this kind of serious devotion because with the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, all nations are included into the picture. While Israel had to keep themselves pure, Jesus has made everything pure. I doubt you're going to read this far, but I'm trying my best to explain why it's written here.

Omen - I think the closest thing you'll find to a Biblical RTS would be the left behind PC game. I think that's more spiritual warfare instead of taking over land. I hope this isn't the way you view the jewish nation...

*sigh* Monster Hunter. At the end of the year, Capcom's shutting down the ps2 version's online play. I guess I will be crying when the song Auld Lang Syne...

But, it looks like I have 3 other friends who love Monster Hunter Freedom, so I won't be missing out too much... just no MH for the ps2... D;

ya know, reading this kinda makes me want to play animal crossing again...

Also if you've downloaded the protected iTunes songs, you could always burn the songs to cd and re rip them back into an unprotected aac file. And if you're really computer savvy, you could just burn a disc image, mount the image, and rip the songs without even using a blank cd!

I forgot the breathe during that trailer. I can't wait!

wow. just wow. I love the first Monster Hunter for the Ps2, and I just bought a psp for MHF and MHF2. I hope this game comes to the states. I can't wait to cook well-done steaks on my wii! :-D
