It's very easy to purchase multiple copies when you'd gladly want to support the developers. I did it with Oblivion, I did it with Fallout 3, and I'll do it with Skyrim.
Why would you wait for a year, or possibly even more time just to save like $30-$40, when you can get the game now and enjoy the already over 300 hours of content?
I understand why you would want to that, but I will never understand those that claim they're fans yet still decide to wait.
I'm waiting for GotY edition as well, but for my 3rd copy, which I plan to get for the PS3. I already have a regular PC version and the Collector's 360.
Depends. If you count the uncompressed versions of every single game, I'm sure we've reached at least a Petabyte. Hell, RAGE alone was over a terabyte uncompressed. If you just mean the 'final' versions of everything, no.
However, how is this an extra credit question. Does your professor actually know the answer to this? It's very hard to track every single game ever released let alone find out how much space a game takes.
