@Ille I've already been in these cities, I can't say much more just based on the screenshots they released. NY and LA are well represented. And they already said they based the game on movies like Elite Squad (story on Rio), which probably influenced a lot of the artistic part of the game (like the colour pallete).

There's nothing "tropical" in São Paulo, Rockstar made São Paulo thinking about Rio de Janeiro...

It looks more like Rio de Janeiro than São Paulo...

I'm still trying to find São Paulo in this game. They are doing Rio de Janeiro, not São Paulo. And this include the football team shirt in one of the shots, that refers to a team based in Rio.

Except for the Copan Building, the art style still says more about Rio de Janeiro than São Paulo. Specialy with the shirtless guy and the sunset. And I think they didnt get what football (soccer) teams are most popular here, there's one that is the favourite in the slums/favelas (and their colour is NOT red). And you know, soccer is a huge part of our culture.

They got the huge disparity between the poor and rich that there's here in São Paulo, but the rest seems that they're confusing São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. BOPE is the police elite squad from Rio, in São Paulo it's called GATE. And the art direction (with flower shirts and etc) seems wrong too.

They need to create new friend list interface, the on in the "(New) Xbox Experience" is crappy and annoying.

@Shadowbender That's Sony fault. We have Xbox 360 officialy here since 2006, with Xbox Live coming in the end of this year.

And everybody here imports the games themselves.

And the same place they made the Super Mario Bros with Miyamoto.

They just ignored and spited on the 1000 page Muse dedicated thread on the official forum.
