I really do want to understand the hype for this game, but I don't think I get it.

Why do you guys keep buying games from these assholes again?

@MJD8000 Yeah, I'd hate to say it, but it seems like the new design runs dangerously close to generic looking (And missing the whole retro styled theme.) But hey, it's one video, and they've got time. I've got faith in the bit trip guys.

@FuzzyPierce Wait, are you mad because they stopped pursuing these people through unreasonable means, and decided to cease further practices using DRM?

@The 7th Number It's based on the bible story where Abraham almost kills his son because God told him too, but beyond that, there's a lot of gore, piss, poop, and the inevitable battle in a womb. Also? Satan and friends.

It's a really great game with a surprising amount of depth, death, darkness, gore, and violence. Not surprising that Nintendo turned it down, but also not surprising the massive success it's had on PC.

@Wackydavo Right now for me, I've read way too many horror stories about people being charged twice for a game, losing all their games to a ban, horrific customer service and their EULA. Frankly, nothing is really wrong with Origin as a game platform, but I find it scary as hell to throw money at right now.

I feel like there's too much risk to get involved with that specific platform right now.
