@Furrylockstar Yeah I played the KAR demo, I thought it was okay, I mean it's probably going to be a great game. The game never blew me away, I guess I was expecting more. LOL, Skyrim I've put in 245hrs. I actually took a break to play SWTOR for a month.
WOW Joystiq must of been slipped a nice bill in there mailbox. No way this game earns a 5/5 rating. I don't care even if the demo was not polished or tweaked enough during play through. I could see the game at least earning a 4/5 and maybe even a 4.5, but a perfect store, no F@$!ing way. The game seems to be a solid open world title, and I know I'll pick it up after I'm done with 3 other games including Skyrim.
I enjoyed the review of the title from Joystiq, but not the rating they selected for the game.
WTH would they send out more keys, I know people that have been waiting are pretty excited. Seriously the game still needs server fixes, framerate/graphic tweaking and much...much more polishing.
For the past 3 months I've been playing this game, the game still runs the same way, they keep changing features in the game, but they never fix the gamplay or the server problems.
After I'm done with the Xbox360 version, I'll probably pick up the PC version later in the year when it gets a nice price drop. Hands down one of the best gaming experiences I have had on the Xbox360.
After I'm done with Skyrim ( only a few hundred hours to go ) I may actually give RIFT a second go, I played during the beta and first week of launch. It ended up boring me kind of quickly, maybe a long break and trying it again for free may change my mind how I feel of the game ( probably not).
I would think your system should be fine enough to play it, you just won't get to max it out. Hopefully during beta releases in the next month or two more info related to specs will be released from ArenaNet.
@jmr1986 That card barely handles BF3 at 30FPS, at that's at Low/Medium settings, with DX11 turned off. =( Even if the card does better on a console than a PC, it's still pretty basic for what it can do.
