Never had a problem with the controls. I assume you tried upgrading and swapping the different propulsion systems? If you want a non "floaty" experience, with two upgraded rotor blades installed the currents are almost negated.

This year has been pretty bad. Fallout New Vegas has frozen my PS3 about a dozen times now. I finally just put it aside until they hopefully patch it up a bit more. But the worst was probably God of War 3, about half way through the game there was a bug that corrupted all my saved games.
But an awesome rucksack would totally make up for it.

I don't know why I haven't gotten this yet for my PS3, especially at $25. Maybe a ghost told me not to. The ghost of bad gaming decisions.
