What the heck was with the idiotic Wii basing earlier?

SIX MILLION. It took the 360 a year to reach its current base of 10 million.

The PS3 is a flop.

It's it's too expensive to make and its sales aren't high enough to get the needed software sales to offset the cost.

The number one title this week, for the first time, was a PS3 game, with Virtua Fighter at about 50k units. And yet, the PS3 only sold only about 5k more this week then it did last week. To compare, the Wii sold about 13k more this week then it did last week.

Dosn't that strike you as odd?

That, despite slow software sales, and despite a PS3 game selling the most this week... that the Wii sold nearly 4 times as much?

It has been several months since launch, the Wii is still in short supply, while the PS3 is somewhat plentiful.

The PS3 has failed Japan, lets see if Sony can get Europe or the U.S

In Japan, at least, the PS3 is a flop.

It has been selling at Gamecube levels for the past several weeks, and unlike the Gamecube Sony does not make profits off sales of the PS3.

At these low levels, the Wii would have to stop selling entirely and even then it would take several months for the PS3 to catch up.

And believe me, the Japanese companies are noticing this. Final Fantasy XIII, Devil May Cry 4, Megal Gear Solid 4... none of these games will "save" the PS3. They're sell to the people who have already bought a PS3.. and nobody else.
