Who knows how they will pronounce Xillia if they localize it in the U.S. LOL, but they way the Japanese are pronouncing it is probably something like Exillia in English. Because the reading of the name from the katakana in the title is　エクシリア, or litteral, e-ku-shi-ri-a if you break it down by each syllable.
