I know how desperate Chris is to be a real journalist, but this is really just showing what a joke video game "journalism" is.

This isn't a question of old v. new. This is bad at what it's trying to do as well.

There just isn't enough "serious" content in video game to justify the high-brow tone. It's not intelligent, it's not informative, it's not entertaining.

What niche is this trying to fill?
