I agree about the portable part because of the "fixed head position. Issue to make 3D work. But as far as home 3d is concerned, it's a whole different tech than the old gimmicky 3D like jaws 3d from years back. The only people that think it is gimmicky are people that don't have it. I watched the whole two hours of UFC on 3D last night followed by the Tenn vs Pitt basketball game on espn 3d, about 4 hours straight w no I'll effects... and I can yell you sir, it is no gimmick, just pure eye candy.

Also in reference to the ps2 dual shock suit that pretty much came to a head when Sony sold the 1st ps3s w six axis controllers claiming that force feedback was "so last gen". This was due simply to the fact that they were being sued by Immersion (Microsoft and nintendo settled w them but Sony refused leading to the lack of). As a day 1 ps3 owner I can tell you that it was missed from day 1, everyone complained, Sony settled, and yada yada dual shock 3.

I agree w you on some things, he murdered people, and yes Ive seen every fight. His itimidation had people beat before the opening bell, when he lost that it was downhill. Pound for pound size for size he was up there but his height and reach would have been major disadvantages agaist Ken norton, foreman, Ali, lennox, even the klitchko bros. I'm not saying he didn't have equal or more skill than some fighters but of you matched him with any of those fighters prime vs prime he would have had alot to overcome. It is a question that can never be answered which leads to great debate in any sport but I think Tyson would have trouble beating any of the top 6'2- 6'6 heavyweights w 8" reach advantages, even in his prime. I really wish the Lewis Tyson fight happened 5 years earlier then it did. It would have been epic for sure

I hate to bring up GeoHot but some kind of jailbreak to allow current owners of UMDs to hook up their psps to a computer (or sony server to make it legal) and write Isos directly to the new media format would bring alot of goodwill to Sony. I know there are ways to do this now but Im talking a lega. Sony approved method. Even w dual analog controls and better graphics if you are buying multiple copies For the same game Sony should be ashamed. that's what the Internet and game updates by the developers is all about. If you already own the game an update for NGP should be free or the cost of some DLC at most

It's plainly obvious you didn't read my comment right. I know 3DS isn't stereoscopic 3D. In the article the Sony rep talked of using (or thinking of using) old tech stereoscopic 3D in the NGP. That's why I stated that they made the right choice. I appreciate your input
