I've been running the beta for a while. I have a rhapsody subscription. The app and the service as a whole is REALLY good. Unlimited music with ZERO restrictions for $10 / month is pretty incredible. You can listen individual songs, whole albums, artist samplers, radio stations (works like pandora), browse the charts, find new and similar artists, etc. Its really good.

Are you kidding me? Is this really news? Does anyone on this forum actually believe Best Buy can save you money? My in-laws just bought a "money saving" bundle from Best Buy last year with a TV, Bluray player, cables (Monster of course), and "installation". I priced everything online and without even trying found it all for $500 less. And I didn't go to shady places. I just did a quick search on Newegg and Amazon. I buy all my cables from monoprice.com.

@Kelmon Unfortunately I think you're right. The iPad will still be popular with the general public that doesn't know any better. They don't know that you should be able to compose a document and listen to the music at the same time.

How can it be the 5 people that are pre-ordering the iPad crashing the site?

Big surprise, Panny is the best again. They've always been with TV, now they are with 3D. It's not really news anymore. And don't give me that "rising black level" crap. Even with that issue, they're still the best. It really doesn't scare me.

Dude, no one will contest that the Droid isn't more powerful and more capable than the Eris, even those that own an Eris like me. However, those of us who bought an Eris bought it for reasons such as:

1) Lower price
2) Prettier interface (Sense UI)
3) Nicer looking in general (The Droid is one of the ugliest phones I've ever seen)
4) HTC implements features and apps that just aren't available on stock android or on the marketplace (friendstream, leap, etc.) We had android 2.1 features in Sense running 1.5.

If the Eris had the raw power of the Droid, noone would buy the Droid.

Oh man, Apple does not want to piss off Google. They'd better be careful or they'll awaken the beast.

Agreed. Let the have their Samsungs. I'm sticking with the best in a VIERA. So a Panasonic's picture changing slightly over time, just like every other TV ever made. An LCD's picture changes just by getting up and walking around the room.
