Oh my god, I want one! Harmonix or Activision, pay this guy for his patent and release a guitar with a string. I saw the youtube vid this guy posted with him actually strumming it and it is accurate. Plus he gets to use an actual guitar pic. This guys idea could actually make him money. I know at least some third party controller manufacturer from China is going to steal this guys idea. WooHOO finally got my PS3. Somewhat shallow sensation after playing Resistance FoM. The graphics are impressive, but Gears of War is better. The game play is cool, but its just like CoD with Aliens, and this thing doesnt fit very well with my receiver and Media Center PC thats all silver. You cant put stack anything on top of this monster. Standing in line for 2 days with friends was fun but the reward seems SHALLOW. Now Im back playing GoW again.
Resistance FoM is the PS3's killer app and is previewed as nothing more than CoD2 with aliens. I'll wait to buy this overpriced console when MGS comes out. Hopefully by then all the bugs from the exploding batteries in the wireless controller and the disastrous HDMI incompatibility are fixed.
Nintendo wins the console war release. Why would anyone want to buy a PS3 now? There are NO good games yet. The games PS3 has are available on the Xbox360. And their exclusive titles are previewed as being piles of turd. Where is MGS or Gran Turismo? Sony loses this round. I cant wait to play Zelda and Trauma Center.
