Bungie Podcast episode 3 is up

"Are you saying that your name is "Sense"? Just putting two and two together ;)"

Yes, Sense is my typical online moniker. I've also been know to answer to Artimus, Agent Buchwald, and Snake. Yes, I rather like that one ... Snake Mitchell.

Fighting fans take note: VF 5 on October 30

BestOfBothWorlds,

I'm not really sure where you're coming from ... All the article does is state what additions the 360 version has. If all you're looking for is the info, I hardly see how I could leave that out. There are no raving fanboy comments in this post at all, just the factual information you apparently want.

As for no one buying it, I will own it on day one. I also know someone who has it on PS3. He's buying the 360 version anyway because of the online play. I'm not interested in it because it used to be a PS3 exclusive. I'm interested in it because it's a fantastic fighting game, probably the best on the market.

Anyway, that's it. /rant

Sony's Peter Dille: 'We're attacking online very, very aggressively'

Jul 25th 2007 1:35PM (Joystiq)
This "10 year" talk is getting old. Of course, it's in Sony's best interest to have a console that lasts for 10 years, but I doubt the average gamer thinks about it on a daily basis. Stick with making good games, the life cycle will follow.

Condemned 2 altered to prevent AO rating

"It's a "vise", not a "vice"."

It can be spelled either way.

Condemned 2 altered to prevent AO rating

thisguyrighthere,

The problem is that stores won't carry AO rated games. In fact, Sony and Nintendo refused to grant a license for Manhunt 2 to even be playable on their systems. I imagine Microsoft would do the same thing.

"I'm am thankful" ?

Silly typos.

"You should just drop the banhammer down on GodiasMyth right now then Richard. Don't see why that hasn't been done, that's one evil little troll."

He's only commented once here at X3F, and that comment was deleted. I'm am thankful that I rarely have to deal with Joystiq's commenters.

"Um, this is a 360 fan site. I'm not saying that people can't have differing opinions or anything, but can't you mods just enact a blanket ban policy on any cocksucker who uses the word "Xbot," PLEASE?"

Banning is (generally) reserved for overt insults and trolling. Xbot isn't that bad (it's even kind of funny). Just roll with it. There are *much* worse things that could be said. Cocksucker, for example, is much worse. (No worries, just making a point.)

"That's not how you spell folderol."

Yes it is. There are multiple ways to spell the word.

Folderol, falderal, falderol: they all work -- though Firefox doesn't recognize any of them :)

Concerning the Marketplace issues, we've contacted Microsoft about it. Hopefully we'll know more soon.
