It's not a cheat. It's access to the material you paid for.

Being forced to unlock everything is an antiquated concept.

Quit thinking that people need to derive their self-worth from "earning" the unlockables.

But they paid the 60 dollars for the game. That should be enough to then, say, go into a menu and select to unlock everything.

People who can't commit 20-30 hours to the game shouldn't be punished by having to shell out an extra 5 bucks.

I realize that this is optional, but the option should come "free" with the initial 60 dollar price tag.

At the very least, they should include stuff that can't be unlocked by playing the game.

No. I'm not a Fall Out Boy fan. I thought I made that clear by saying "And it's not because I'm a Fall Out Boy fan" but I can see how that could be misconstrued.

And even if there was only one person who said they aren't musicians, there were a good ten or twelve who called them "gay" or "homosexual" or whatever the hell else. That's what got me.

So, to answer the question that you went on to answer yourself: No. Not better than people who disagree about music. I'm fine with that. But not everybody handles it the way you did. Read the thread. Everyone's first impulse is to hurl epithets.

Nothing draws my ire more than dickheads who bitch about Fall Out Boy. To say that they aren't musicians because they don't play the type of music you listen to is patently absurd.

It's times like these that make me really hate the internet. And it makes me ashamed of being a gamer. I can't stand the thought of being part of the same community as some of you people.
