What's there to feel sorry about? Nintendo is still as successful now as it was twenty years ago. They don't even have to sell their hardware at a loss to remain competitive. They stick with their guns, I just think that's an honourable aspect of any company.

At the same token, had they reverted back to a standard controller with state of the art graphics, what would make their new console stand out? The competition would catch up and suddenly there would be nothing unique about owning a Wii U. The first party games can only take you so far. There needs to be something about a console beyond the graphics that make it stand out from the competition. I think something like this controller accomplishes just that.
