What exactly do you think is a fair compensation package for this?

I think they are doing what needs to be done. They are offering compensation for charges incurred from the breach, extended memberships for current subscribers, choice of free downloads, and free 30 days of plus. It will be weird to see all my friends on my list have that yellow plus sign.

Some people will not be happy unless Sony refunds the amount of the system and send a geisha to their home.

I think they should offer Warhawk for free. It makes sense since its an online only game, its dying out, and it would sell more Starhawk copies as well. Assuming of course thats a real thing.

Agreed, the hatred on the 2k series is insane. I bought 2k10 after playing the demo, it was fun to play and felt fresh after playing The Show for the previous 3 years. When I bought it at Gamestop, the employee was even trying to talk me out of it, telling me flat out that I'd regret it. I ended up playing 2k10 a lot more then I played The Show 9.

Sure it has its flaws, but the pitching and the use of stats and commentary was better then what I've experienced previously with the Show.

I'm torn on what to get this year.

This purchase just went from "perhaps" to "no thanks".

Like others have said, I'm out if this becomes the norm.

I just want to know if the Underworld game will contain the 360 exclusive DLC content. I was a pretty big fan of her games, I even bought Angel of Darkness on release day and enjoyed it. I've played all the other games but passed on Underworld because of the exclusive DLC crap.
