I can't agree. Maybe you haven't noticed, but Gears of War sold extremely well, and also received lots of critical acclaim. As did Halo 3. You now go on and compare Killzone 2 and Resistance 2 to both these games, maybe you need to take a step back buddy, Resistance was a regular FPS, and Killzone was too. The public hasn't even seen R2, and Killzone 2 hasn't been shown in over six months, so to say match or beat Halo 3 or Gears 2 is a pretty lofty bet to wager. Both H3 and Gears showed and show lots of promise, and exceeded many peoples expectations, they are tried and true games, unlike R2 and KZ2.
Think before you sputter nonsense.

Holy god, it's called uncompressed content, get back to bed, mommy and daddy were just talking. DVD will still work, and Blu-ray will work better.

Well, microsoft will still kick some ass this year, it's sad to see that they will never break the 50mill mark, they just don't have the reach.
Sony has got some fans, this would be a different story had MS added hd dvd to its console, blu ray would be in a heap right now.
I don't know, this year is being dubbed as PS3's, but is it really as good as 360's last year? metal gear is great, probably sell 2 mill, but other than that? be realistic, I don't think either console will make a killing.
As for GTA IV, the masses will go where everything is cheapest, so that means yes, the 360 will get the bigger boost.
PS3 is happening is Japan and Europe because that's where the loyalty is, not because sony has the games.
