I'm curious as to whether or not the puzzle difficulty has any effect on the puzzles beyond just how many hints and objectives you are given. Does the content of the puzzles actually change, the way that the puzzles in SH2 and 3 changed based on the difficulty? Or do you just get more or less information?

Also curious whether this setting can be changed in-game, in case you get stuck, or you realize that the game is practically pointing you to the solutions to everything.

McDowell's addition to the cast is pretty sweet. Its just too bad that Leonard was just a boss monster in the game and didn't have a major role, so McDowell's screen-time will probably be limited to flashback scenes or a brief scene as a monster of some sort.

You do of course realize that, Constitutionally, the President is NOT a law-maker. Obama did not create the health-care bill. That was Congress. The President only signs it. If you want to blame somebody for being stupid, then blame the Democratic majority in the house and senate, or blame the Republican minority for throwing a temper tantrum and saying "no" to any proposed changes instead of actually offering ideas to make the bill more useful or cost-effective.
