Hahaha... you make a quality PC title and people will pay for it. Ask Bethesda. You make a piece of shit, they will give you no respect. Looks like this guy is getting ready to ram a pile of turd down PSN and XBL users' throats. They can keep it there.
Ubi should just stop whining and leave the PC world all together. I have never seen a company that treated their own customers as badly as these guys do.
People pirate Ubisoft games now out of spite, not because they wouldn't buy them otherwise.
They have killed themselves in the eyes of the PC community with their PR and I don't think there is anything they can do to turn this around.
Their developers toeing the party line and talking shit against PC users isn't really helping their case either.
"it can be decrypted, though knowing Valve, I'm sure they have a good encryption algorithm, I already checked my bank statement, nothing wrong yet"
I agree... Valve's breach is nowhere near as serious as Sony's was. Sony's information was in an unencrypted database, ripe for picking. I think Valve customers will be fine.
Not bad for a non-DRM'd game. I'm still waiting for the Steam holiday sale to pick it up... if I pick it up at all now that Skyrim is patiently waiting on my hard drive to be decrypted...
This game will not be XCOM until it magically turns into the old UFO defense with updated graphics and sound. Really. That's all we would need for the perfect turn based strategy game.
I still fire up the original on my laptop from time to time and I find it more addictive than most of the AAA games that are vomited on us today.
It's locked and loaded in my Steam account. Bring it on. This is the one game I'm buying in the entire holiday season (maybe swindle an Uncharted 3 out of my wife for xmas), then Diablo 3. Once Mass Effect 3 gets all its story DLC's released, I'll go for that too. The rest is just filler.
