That's just Microsoft's Games and Entertainment division which includes Xbox and Zune. Microsoft on a whole made 5.92 billion last quarter. That's operational revenue (profit) not net revenue, which was 13+ billion. In other words, MSFT makes enough $ to cover losses and invest in these divisions so we get great stuff like Halo 3!
