It seems like everything takes longer on the PS3. When the Xbox has a system update, it just downloads, restarts, and works. The PS3 has to download, install, and then restart. Its the same way for disc based games and down loadable games. PS3 has to download and then install. The 360 just downloads and is playable as soon as the download is finished.

Maybe 52% of people that purchased a PSP are female. If a mom buys PSPs for her two sons, she is the owner.
A gamer should be defined as someone who owns a system or PC specifically to play games. Someone playing Farmville on Facebook is not a gamer.

My wife wants this. She will probably use it for a week and then it will never be seen again, just like everyone else that buys this or any other late night workout gizmo.

Two ideas.
1) Nintendo releases next Home and portable system simultaneously. The home system will be between $200-$250 and fitted with a HDDVD player and the best components they can fit in there at that price. It will also have a slot for whatever form the new portable games take. The portable system will have the dual screens, motion controls,and include a port to attach things like the nunchuck. This will make it easily useable as the Home controller. Games will either be released for download, HDDVD, or the flash cart.

2) Microsoft and Nintendo finally join forces to create the ultimate home console. They let Microsoft put whatever components they want in the system as long as it retails for $250. If a loss is taken on each unit sold Microsoft agrees to cover the losses. In Japan it will be known as the Wii2Live. In the United states it will be known as the 720WiiLive. The new controllers will be the 360 controller with motion controls and the ability to be split in two. Considering they both used ati and ibm the system will be backwards compatible with the Wii and 360.

Or you could just buy a couple extra batteries to bring with you. They are only $15 each on Nintendo's site. then you would have a good 30 hours of play. I'm sure most people will be within 30 hours of an outlet.

I thought the whole reason for the 360 was to play online. I'm willing to bet at least 50% of those online have gold accounts.

While both part of the same corporation, Sony Pictures is a different company than Sony Entertainment. I'm guessing that it might even be illegal for Sony to not give developers the option to develop licensed games for all systems. The reason this was taken down was because the developer never got permission to use it.
