i concur..
i think over the year we are getting short changed from these maintenance times.
52 tuesdays a year .. lets say 1 in 2 is maintenance so that is 26 * 8 hours = 208 hours a year..
thats about 8 and a half days a year we lose from maintenance.
this doesnt include time lost in rolling restarts.

I find it quite ironic that your breaking tag actually relates to Blizz breaking all their realms and most people's perceived levels of SLAs.
