I think that HALO307 is simply the beta release date (March '07). Didn't all the articles about the beta say it would be around March next year that it would be released? I'm sure I read that somewhere.

I have to agree that I've also moved on fairly quickly to other games myself. After finishing the single player campaign, there just isn't enough depth to the online multiplayer to keep me coming back for more. Sure, it looks great and all, but that will only go so far.

Personally, I think this game is just screaming for Capture The Flag. I dislike the style of gameplay implemented here (the one death per match deal). It gets on my nerves after a while. I'm having more fun online with the Lost Planet multiplayer demo than Gears, honestly.

I have been playing the demo on my Sony Bravia 32" HD set and I can read the text just fine. I don't know about people saying even with HD sets over 40" the text is still too small to read. Maybe they need glasses (seriously). Even DeaconBlade from Unscripted360.com said in a video he was having trouble reading it with a 55" HD set.

I don't know what the issue is with these people but like I said, I can read the text perfectly fine on my 32" set.

All that "unreadable" text is who is leading the match. It doesn't really matter, you'll get a full rundown of who won and the points scored at the end of the match.

The classic: turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, stuffing, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, and pumpkin pie for dessert.

Topped off the evening with a couple of Stella Artois and a few rounds of Lost Planet multiplayer on XBL. :)

It's only funny until someone gets hurt, and then it's just hilarious.
