Oh dear lord, more Vlad logic. In my book, the Wii is still the better deal, as I would still have $350 in the bank account after buying one. (As opposed to $0 if I was able to get my hands on a PS3)

I'm really not understanding all the hate towards Nintendo for wanting to turn a profit from day 1. Isn't the goal of a corporation to maximize the profits for it's shareholders?

Well said. I think it's just the way of the internet that people feel the need to polarize themselves into their "political" (or in this case gamer) factions.

I would like to see all three systems succeed. I like playing the XBOX Live Arcade games on my 360, can't wait to get my hands on a Wii for my Zelda fix, and will eventually pick up a PS3 once the price drops for the eye candy.

Woot! $100 360 will allow me to be the "cool" Aunt by getting my nephew the game system, while allowing me the money I need for a Wii. Now to pratice my "refresh and click" skills. ^_^
