Splinter Cell Conviction access to beta?

I thought that it would at least have a sub-title. Not just "Call of Duty: Black Ops 2". But this is not official so it might have a sub-title when they announce it.

I was hoping for Victorian-era London (Jack the Ripper, anyone?) before the American Revolution, but this should be quite interesting.
