Yeah there was alot of KINECT.....but I think they have made their Keynote at E3 about their mass market products for the year....and then they unveil their core gaming products during E3 itself.

One thing with XBOX is we know they know where their bread & butter is.

Do NOT get SOCOM 4.....

If you ever loved the SOCOM Games....it's like they ripped them in half and pooped on their remains....then poured gasoline and lit them on fire just to be sure.

Well....I do have yet to purchase (rather than rent) for my PS3 Move controllers.......

Given my disappointment with the 1st 2 Resistance games.......methinks it will be Killzone 3.

The question is.......will this list of developers put out as few quality titles a year as they did for the PSP (even during its initial years).

Sorry SONY...not gonna bite early this time.......Will wait till the price tag hits 199$ and there is an actual library to backup its purchase not a bunch of fancy doodads and touchscreens.

Oh also....where is an upgrade path for UMD Game owners??? Why not offer free downloads of the titles you greedy bastards??

Also......waching that Uncharted Demo.....how do you expect people to use that front touchscreen while playing without dropping their machines???

I gotta admit......I drooled a little bit when I saw the contents of this.

Too bad they did NOTHING for PSN+ Subscribers who are the real fans....

1) Extra months of a subscription on a network that is compromised still not fully functional and has yet to justify its cost

2) Copies of games serious Gamers would already own and have already been offered for free on PSN+....instead of straight credit to purchase whatever game/add-on we see fit.

Sorry.....I've officially given up on anything Online on my PS platforms.......they've been a complete waste (save for SOCOM...which has been ruined on PS3) since the PS1 Link Cable....then the PS2 Network Adapter...then the PS2 HDD...and now PSN.

I give up.

Who wants to bet on how easily hackable the 'Vita' will be like the old PSP and PS3 and PSN???

This is like a smack in the face to UMD PSP owners........

SONY: Yeah we wil ljust repackage your UMD games into collections for PS3 rather than allow you a free download or upgrade path of any sort despite your support for our dying PSP platform.

Is there any mention of if they have redone the sound of the game for Dolby True HD?

If they offer a UMD Game backup or UMD Drive to attach to run old games....I'd be sold.

But short of that......not gonna get burned on the 'Vita' (let's all admit....it is one of the WORST names of all time).

We need to see more games announced (ORIGINAL Games....not ports of titles) or I fear it will be a repeat of the PSP in the sense that it will be very very nice hardwar (that is not uber cheap).....but it only gets a couple good games a year with limited 3rd party support.

SONY has become hardware hypnotized ever since the PS2.....with the PSP, then the PS3, and now the 'Vita"

More Features is NOT the most important thing....its the GAMES.

Watching the Uncharted demo yesterday makes me think using a touchscreen while you are playing on a portable like PSP/Vita is awkward. Not only are you releasing part of your grip but you are also smacking your machine.

Recipe for dropped portables if you ask me.
