I'd have to say the Toyota CELICA SS-II (ZZT231) '99. It's the greatest tuner the USA forgot...or never caught on to. Suspension came sorted from the factory, and the engine was a screamer. But damn, you have a better shot at finding money just laying on the street than finding quality parts that aren't labeled TRD or cost as much as the car. But if you need something for a Civic, well, Bob down the street has a whole shop devoted to folger can exhausts, and pogo stick suspension pieces.
