This is the first time, in a long time, that I've allowed myself to get this excited over a Sonic game. This game just oozes ambition, and attention to detail, something that has sorely been lacking from the last decade of Sonic games.

Please, Sega, don't crush me again...

@Mr Hett The official retail release was in October of '09, which is ages in software years. The market has also changed, A LOT, since Windows 7 cam out, and not even Microsoft is arrogant enough to think they can get complacent.

I'm gonna make my character look like Kevin Bacon (Kind of a Saints Row tradition), and take much pride in beating that man to death while singing the theme from Footloose.
