I did not know they were charging for Klingons! That is awful! I am playing STO right now and finding it fun. If I have to start paying for content or for items in need with real money I am gone. I don't mind microtransactions for services (name change, server move) but for content when I already pay 15 smackers a month. No!

I did this last night. I had the upgrade version and did a clean install.

I did a clean install with an upgrade version. The upgrade version does a scan of your computer to see if you have a windows OS installed, if you do then it lets you continue.

As the "Tre-ents" say, Don't be hasty! Give it some time Even WoW had Qs at launch and alot less server stability. I am Yustiel and have yet to wait in line to get on. In the long run this will be good, no empty servers.

The AFK shops are a problem. I don't think they should go away. I really like the shops. However if a server has a Q they should put a time limit on it and log you out after a certain amount of time, maybe 4 hours. Also, if you sell all your stuff you do get booted due to afk.

No I don't think they should follow WoW's foot steps. One of the things I like in WAR is that I have to actually think about my gear, stats and gameplay. Lets now dumb it down or make it easy.

I have a glyph that does that. I slows the person coming out of the icetrap for 4 seconds.

It is funny you say traps are so easily avoided, but 90 percent of the time when I see someone turn my way in a BG, I disengage, drop trap they still hit the trap. The trick especally against melee is to stand on top of your trap so they have to hit it to hit you. Usually they trincket out of it that is when I hit intimidate, BW and Kill command to burst them down. If it is a caster I run to them and drop the trap at their feet. I think if there was no arming time then traps would be OP. I would like to see the cooldown reduced though, even if it was by 5 sec through a glyph.
