I guess tri-tip is a Cali thing...Raley's use to grill it out front every weekend and it made for a super easy, pool-side dinner. I've found that a sirloin tip roast is similar...but I could be wrong.

TJ's like: garlic naan, dried cranberries and cherries, goat-milk yogurt, greenie type chews for my sweet dog, udder hand cream, vitamins, tea-tree oil soap, cans of black beans, low sugar strawberry jam.

Dislikes: the fresh items like hummus, tabbouli, and such are not nearly as good as Willy Street Co-op here in town...they've spoiled me

You can find Rodriquez's 10 minute cooking school for Puerco Pibil here and my version of it here. So far he hasn't put one together for Grindhouse - Planet Terror, but we like to think if he did it would be for the BBQ or the sausages.

Iced latte is a double shot of espresso pored over ice and topped off with milk. Something about this is so thirst quenching...I love it.
