Not only do I remember aerobiz supersonic but I still play it on genesis. It's crazy addicting and fun although it can be tough getting your business ventures to thrive and keeping routes alive. Especially in the good ole US of A.

The only thing I've ever seen that made me cry foul is people sniping from the overpass on Tehran highway. True enough they are sitting ducks and you could just snipe them back but still I just don't find it necessary to get up there. Other than that I haven't noticed any cheating.

I have kinda noticed that amazon foretells these kinds of releases. When the regular game hits that under 30/closer to 20 range then about a few weeks later a "complete edition" comes out. It happened with this and I think l.a. Noire as well as gta iv some time ago. Of course it's not a trend nor a 100 percent thing and I could just be a babbling idiot but it may be something to look at relative to releases.
