I agree that our Gamestop has never seemed to get their act together when it comes to these game tournaments. It's a shame because these events can bring gamers together in a social environment and great fun can be had. We recently held a "gaming social" with a pretty good turnout and everybody had a great time playing Wii, GH2 and Gears.

Which is why I am conducting my own Guitar Hero Tournament at my university. We've already put in considerable time organizing and planning the event. Early feedback has been positive and we expect a decent crowd.

So if you happen to be near Edinburg, TX on February 16th, come by the University of Texas - Pan American and check it out.

What do you mean what a waste? He is 8 years old, it's not like he spent years working on that and now it's too late for him to pick up a guitar. I'm pretty sure he'll move on to a real one.

I agree that artificial sweeteners are not pleasant. A nice grapefruit or orange is a fantastic midday snack.

Well more content is good. I just would hope more of it is in HD. They added a couple of recent movies a couple of days ago but they weren't in HD. What's the point of that, I can just watch HBO in standard def. More High Def content.

I also wish they would release a game trailer in 1080p. I have a nice set with no 1080p content.

OMG. These reports are now considered to be inaccurate. Engadget is saying this sales report is not even out yet and the numbers are not yet know.

So everybody just calm down!!

I am happy to see that trans fats are starting to go away. The experiment on "Super Size Me" should be enough to scare people. Although I don't frequent Starbucks, other restaurants such as Jason's Deli have been trans fat free for a while now and it would be great to see more restaurants do so in the future.
