Some people don't understand how specific of a time line the halo universe has...and fail to understand that this game is set at a very specific point on that timeline.

I agree with what the person said about the mouse thing though. I really wish the game would come out on more then just 360. I've always played RTS's on PC...and I've tried it on the 360, it's just not the same

That's just telling slower traffic to stay in the right lane so that cars going faster in the left (fast) lane don't have to change lanes to pass. So it is still legal to pass on the right hand side...
