2. Use RF instead of bluetooth on the controllers so you don't have to handshake every time you switch.
3. Enable background downloading, always.
4. Include HD component cables, AT LEAST in your high end system. For a company that's touted HD, it's a strange omission.
5. Make voice chat a priority and enable a unified friend system. Sure it's free, but it seems to be worth exactly that much.
