It's almost certainly not Visceral, or any other real studio, due to the presence of an ESRB logo. If this were a fake publicity stunt ad for a real game of a different name, the studio involved would get in extremely deep hot water with the ESRB for mis-use of the AO logo. It's definitely a joke, and an ill-advised one. All of the ESRB logos are registered trademarks of the ESRB, and misusing one like this puts the company behind it in legal peril, whether or not it's for a real game.

the Disciplinary Action sounds like a complete riot - by Friday, every server is going to be filled with soldiers relentlessly flogging their own teammates (possibly with added voice quips for the soldier)
