Meh, I'll play this with my friends from out east when they're online, but Ill probably stick to Skyrim/Assassins Creed Revelations/Halo Anniversary on a more regular basis.

I tend to get far too competitive... its why I stopped playing SC2, no point getting mad over games (and I do get fairly swearingly mad, sadly)

Really? So why did I never have to open ports for any of the CoD games? Any of the Halo games? Any of the Assassins Creed games for multi-player?

Just saying. EA should not have shipped a game that is not up to the quality of the very companies they claim they want to beat.

OR EA could fix their goddamn game, before the next slew of games comes out.

Seriously; its less than 2 weeks to Skyrim and MW3, and I will be dropping BF3 from my 360 playing list, if this shit isn't nominal by then.

Silly argument; its not about you, its about the freedom for developers to own their creative property. If Bethesda wins this case, much as I love them, its a dangerous precedent for any developer going forward in regards to their creative property.
