Can't wait for Tuesday to get the Simpsons arcade.! PS Plus has been an awesome investment that has paid for itself several times over! Free stuff like, Back to the Future, Sam & Max, Sega Genisis pack, Stacking, Sonic, Resident Evil 1-3, discount on Resident Evil 4, Syphon Filter 1-3, Abe's Oddworld, Capcom pack discount, Wipeout HD, etc... I have about 40 free games not including free ps one games and minis. Best $50 ever spent!

This has potential. Imagine playing any of the FPS games they have on iOS with this. BIA, NOVA, Splinter Cell Conviction, Rainbow Six Vanguard, Shadow Guardian (Uncharted ripoff), Dead Space, Rage, GTA 3 ...etc. Apple just needs to get on board with alternatives to touch controls that don't work for a controller that gives the people who want a more traditional gaming experience an option.

This is South Park we are talking about. They make fun of everyone on that show. Yes, Jews are a running joke, but so are gays with Mr. Garrison and blacks with Token. Crippled people are made fun of with Timmy and Jimmy. Should everyone call foul because their feelings are hurt now, after 15 seasons and 5-6 video games? If you're offended, don't play it. If your upset, you missed your opportunity to complain about South Park 15 years ago!!!

@YouAintFatYouAintNotin Hichups are right. It slows down, stutters...load issues now and again that make me have to close out and relaunch. Just happy to play it on my iPad 2. It runs perfectly on that. But it should work just as well with slightly diminished graphics on the iPhone 4 with A4 chip.

All patents should have reasonable patent lengths. 25years for business and 35 for individuals would make sense. I work in the pharmaceutical industry, and short patents are the norm. From the time a drug is developed, clinical trials, approval, to sale the patent on a drug lasts 17-20 years if an initial extension is granted. After that, the company has to lobby to get their patent extended by proving that the drug can treat something new that wasn't covered in the initial application process. Most drugs fail. When they do the drug is available for numerous people to purchase to make generics.

This model should be followed for the rest of corporate America. If anything, it would help to spur innovation due to loss of premium revenue. And that helps consumers by getting better technology out there.

Sorry to mention the obvious, but this section of Joystiq is for mobile platforms. Tablets and phones. DS and PSP/Vita have a section. There are people who game on a phone while they are out and about o to the connivence of it. A dedicated handheld is always better. AndPC's are always better than consoles. Thanks for the insight of the failings f mobile Captain Obvious! If you hate mobile platforms so much, then don't play games on them people, but stop bitching about them.

I have an iPhone, an iPad 2, PS3, Onlive Micro Console. I plan on getting the Vita when it comes out. I can find decent games on each system. They are apples and oranges to each other. Pardon the obvious pun. Each works for what it does, and shouldn't be compared to the other. $2-7 for a game with achievements isn't bad at all.
